Dún Laoghaire VEC is made up of representatives of the key stakeholders of the organisation.
The VEC has responsibility for a number of functions including policy, planning, monitoring and the adoption of the annual accounts/reports.
The Committee is supported by the Executive managerial team at Head Office. The Executive is responsible for the implementation of strategic plans, the day-to-day management of the organisation and the delivery of a variety of administrative functions, such as, Corporate Services, Human Resources and Finance.
The Committee is supported by the Audit, Finance and Childcare / Crèche sub-committees together with the Boards of Management of each college and the Adult Education Board.
